世界磁磚生產與消費統計
分享:
依照Ceramic World Revies 2008年發表的世界磁磚生產與消費有關的統計資料,2007年的數據仍再顯示磁磚產業與市場的優秀成果。生產打破80億平方米障礙、較2006年上揚5.2%,而世界消費達到79.55億平方米、較2006年上揚7.2%,出口趨勢減緩已顯現較大。相較於之前四年7-8%成長、2007年進出口只增加2.4%。世界磁磚出口合計19.10億平方米、比2006年增加45百萬平方米。
2007年世界磁磚生產合計81.25億平方米、較2006年77.25億平方米上升5.2%,消費由74.20億平方米上升至79.55億平方米、相當於產量的98%。產量的增加仍由亞洲來帶動、生產了47.78億平方米、較2006年上揚8%,佔世界生產量的58.8%,主要增長為中國、印度、伊朗與越南四國。2007年中、南美洲亦表現不錯生產了795百萬平方米、較2006年上揚7.1%,主要歸因於巴西產量的成長。所有其他區塊多少保持2006年的水平,除歐洲共同市場是惟一感受衰退的地方,由於西班牙與義大利市場的減緩、從16億平方米跌至15.76億平方米。
依地理位置來分析消費相同,亞洲地區在需求顯見高成長、上揚 11.2%合計45.13億平方米、佔世界消費量的56.7%,主要增長仍為中國、印度、伊朗與越南四國。中、南美洲顯現9.9%的成長、消費了785百萬平方米,幾乎佔有該地區全部產量。而如所期的磁磚需求成果最差的為北美市場,消費量由507百萬平方米掉落至458百萬平方米(-9.7%)、主要歸因於美國60百萬平方米需求量的下跌。
以世界磁磚生產與消費的各大洲做比較,顯示磁磚生產與消費地方的產值是相近的趨勢。亞洲佔有生產量的58.8%與消費量的56.7%、歐洲佔有生產量的24.6%與消費量的22.5%,其它美洲佔有生產量的13.1%與消費量的15.7%,非洲佔有生產量的3.4%與消費量的4.7%。

參照磁磚生產與消費增加的相關趨勢,2001-2007 年間的走勢,世界磁磚顯現了生產53%與消費55%的增長,兩者成長的比率差異不多、即使各洲之內亦然如此。非洲生產與消費各別增長了70%與65%,亞洲增長了86%與70%,中、南美洲增長了37%與34%,北美洲增長了20%與25%。
然而,近年來由於全球性的原料、能源價格上漲、新興生產國家的競爭、美國房地產市場的危機與美元對歐元貶值以及各區塊內房地產市場的危機,均需各區域內磁磚產業全力因應與克服。
國際經濟困境將持續至2008年,全球陶瓷產業將是另一個困難年。因而,如何改善產品的組合、增加技術設備投資、朝向玻化磚發展,提高產品的附加價值以及外銷市場的拓展等,都是各區域內磁磚產業持續生存的不二法門。 |
